Complimentary light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages are included with all Spa Lounge events. Adult events may be BYOB only. Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests 21+ only. No alcohol may be sold, provided, or served by The Spa Lounge staff. Guests are responsible for their own beverages and consumption.

Children and teen events are strictly non-alcoholic. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

1. 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking 
2. Remaining balance due 48 hours prior to event 
3. Minimum guest count required for all packages
4. All guests must complete waivers prior to services 
5. Parent or guardian consent required for minors
6. BYOB permitted for adults only (21+)
7. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
